Join our growing, friendly team at Chrysalis Dental Care. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, reliable Dental Assistant to join our modern family practice in Newport. This is a casual position (2-3 days per week) with opportunities to grow as our clinic expands.
At Chrysalis Dental Care, we take pride in creating a calm, supportive environment for both our patients and our team. We offer a wide range of general, cosmetic and restorative treatments, including same-day crowns and Invisalign, with a strong focus on quality care and teamwork. You’ll be joining a small, positive, and well-organised team that genuinely enjoys working together and supporting one another.
The Role
- Chairside assisting for a range of general and restorative procedures
- Sterilisation and infection control duties
- Preparation and maintenance of dental surgeries
- Stock and materials organisation
- Assisting with patient communication and scheduling when needed
About You
- Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1 year of chairside experience preferred with knowledge of sterilisation protocols
- Confident, calm, and professional under pressure
- Have worked with EXACT previously
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and proactive with attention to detail
- Permanent resident or Australian citizen
