Supported Living Co-ordinator Carlisle and Wigton

At Chrysalis Supported Living, we support adults with disabilities, particularly those with learning disabilities, to live independent, fulfilling lives. We are seeking a dedicated Supported Living Co-ordinator to work across our Carlisle and Wigton services, providing leadership, guidance and support to both teams and the people we support.

- Working across Carlisle and Wigton services
- 37.5 hours per week
- £28'568.55 per annum (£14.60 per hour)
- £56.65 per sleep in shift
What you will be doing:
As a Supported Living Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the effective day-to-day running of our services across both Carlisle and Wigton. You will work closely with teams to ensure people receive the highest standard of support, while promoting independence, choice and inclusion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and supporting staff teams across multiple locations
- Coordinating staff inductions and ongoing development
- Managing rotas and maintaining safe staffing levels
- Promoting person-centred support and positive outcomes
- Supporting continuous service improvement
- Participating in the on-call rota
About You:
We're looking for someone who:
- Has at least two years' experience within learning disabilities or social care services
- Holds a Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification, or is willing to work towards it
- Can confidently lead, motivate and develop others
- Is passionate about delivering outstanding person-centred support
- Shares our values and commitment to helping people live their best lives
