About the role
As Operational Lead, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day leadership and performance of our Supported Living and Domiciliary Care services, ensuring safe, compliant, and person‑centred care.
Key responsibilities
- Leading and managing Supported Living & Domiciliary Care services
- Ensuring full compliance with CQC standards and regulations
- Promoting and delivering high‑quality, person‑centred support
- Monitoring service performance, outcomes, and quality
- Leading, supporting, and developing care teams
- Driving continuous improvement across services
- Participating in an on‑call rota
About you
We’re looking for someone who brings both leadership capability and compassion. You will have:
- Experience as a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, or Care Manager
- A background in Supported Living, Domiciliary Care, or Adult Social Care
- Strong working knowledge of CQC frameworks and inspection requirements
- Proven leadership, people management, and operational skills
- Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or working towards) – desirable
