Our client is a leading provider of technical and energy services, recognised for delivering innovative and sustainable solutions. They are at the forefront of transforming the built environment, implementing practical, energy-efficient technologies that reduce energy consumption and lower carbon emissions.

They are now seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of Energy Performance Contracts (EPCs), driving meaningful carbon reduction and reshaping how energy is used across the built environment. In this high‑profile role, you will take full ownership of a portfolio of EPC projects, from Investment Grade Audit through to construction, commissioning and long‑term Measurement & Verification (M&V). You will lead multi‑disciplinary teams, manage key client relationships, and be accountable for cost, programme and quality across complex energy retrofit projects.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients across multiple EPC projects
  • Own cost, programme, quality, cash flow and P&L performance across your portfolio
  • Lead projects from design development through to commissioning and M&V
  • Manage and develop multi‑disciplinary delivery teams and key supply chain partners
  • Embed a strong QSHE culture and ensure safe, compliant project delivery
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Commercial and QSHE teams to achieve successful outcomes
  • Support business growth through bids and early‑stage project development
Skills & Experiences
  • Proven experience delivering multiple complex projects in a commercial environment
  • Strong understanding of Energy Performance Contracts and energy/carbon reduction initiatives
  • Confident managing clients, contractors and senior stakeholders
  • Solid commercial awareness, including budget and P&L responsibility
  • Working knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts
  • APM qualification and/or an engineering degree preferred but not essential
