Chronos Energy are working with a developer of high-density Heat Network projects, who are currently looking for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for successfully delivering District Energy projects on time, on budget and safely.
Responsibilities:
- Manage internal & external project teams
- Ensure project milestones are met
- Contract management of subcontractors, ensuring SLA’s are delivered on
- Manage multiple projects, negating risks, controlling the budget
- Communicate effectively with the end client, internal team & external suppliers
- Manage the project through commissioning, and then to handover to O&M
Experience:
- Experience of delivering Heat Network projects
- Manage projects from early stage to commissioning
- Experience with construction & adoption projects
- Skilled contract manager, with commercial nous
- Project Management Qualification
