You will manage projects from early-stage feasibility and commercial structuring through to procurement, construction oversight, and handover to asset management. Working closely with clients, technical advisors, and supply chain partners, you’ll ensure that projects are commercially viable, deliverable, and aligned with clients’ sustainability and investment objectives.

- Assist in the structuring and negotiation of project contracts, including Energy Services Agreements, Heat Supply Agreements, and related commercial frameworks.
- Coordinate technical, legal, and financial advisors during the development phase.
- Project Structuring & Procurement
- Support and lead client discussions and negotiations through project development and commercial close.
- Manage or support supply chain procurement processes (e.g., design & build contractors, technology providers, O&M partners).
- Oversee tender documentation, evaluation, and contract award recommendations.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in developing and delivering energy infrastructure projects, ideally within the low carbon, decentralised energy, or real estate sectors.
- Strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience in financial modelling, contract structuring, and business case development.
