Chronos Energy are working with a Heat Network asset owner who aim to densify and expand their networks. This role is part of the senior leadership team, driving forward the business commercially. This role is for a technical specialist in the Heat Networks sector, responsible for early-stage development, concept design for new connections and extensions. The role will provide technical leadership through the early development stage and will then work through to connections stage. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring network growth is technically and commercially sound, informing commercial decisions with engineering expertise.

Experience Required:

  • Strong experience in Heat Network development and design
  • Experience with underground pipework
  • Demonstrable experience of developing Heat Networks from a practical perspective
  • Good understanding of early stage Heat Network development and feasibility
  • Commercial understanding of technical decisions in Heat Networks
  • Experience working with business development on bids
  • Confident stakeholder manager
