Role Overview

As Chief Financial Officer, you will be a core member of the executive leadership team, working closely with the CEO and Board to drive growth, resilience, and financial excellence. You will build and lead a best-in-class finance function, covering FP&A, financial control, reporting, tax, treasury, risk management, and project finance. You will also lead capital planning and financial structuring for major infrastructure investments, while ensuring high standards of financial governance, investor confidence, and strategic clarity.
