Job Description
Our client is marketing a highly innovative and wearable device to enhance the daily lives of people with low vision. This product is unique on the market! Their inside sales team is looking for an energetic, professional, and charismatic people to do lead qualification as well as closing deals on the phone. This is a home office-based position anywhere in England.
Previous experience in sales development and inside sales needed. Experience with healthcare or medical device-related sales will be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
Reach quotas for daily call volume and numbers of leads qualified – 70% of the time.
Conduct a structured qualification survey and conversation with leads through outbound phone calls.
Close deals on the phone!!! – 30% of the time.
Assign leads to field sales team members and/or partners as directed by the manager.
Record all interactions in CRM systems and issue periodic reports on activity to the manager.
Learn and maintain a full knowledge of products.
