Our client is marketing a highly innovative and wearable device designed to enhance the daily lives of people with low vision. This product is unique in the market! The inside sales team is seeking energetic, professional, and charismatic individuals to perform lead qualification and close deals over the phone. This position is home office-based anywhere in England.
Previous experience in sales development and inside sales is required. Experience with healthcare or medical device sales is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve daily call volume and lead qualification quotas—70% of your time.
- Conduct structured qualification surveys and conversations via outbound calls.
- Close deals over the phone—30% of your time.
- Assign leads to field sales team members and/or partners as directed by the manager.
- Record all interactions in CRM systems and provide periodic activity reports.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products.
