The Role:
Reporting to the IT Director based in the USA, the Program Manager will be responsible for:
- Maintaining overall responsibility for reviewing, planning, organizing, and directing all enterprise ERP initiatives.
- Directing and managing the installation of the ERP package in conjunction with the system administrator and Center of Excellence team, along with supporting applications and interfaces to other entities to satisfy business requirements.
- Working closely with the ERP Center of Excellence to manage user requests, develop, maintain, and exchange best practices, and allocate resources according to project plans.
- Initiating and implementing QAD ERP methodologies, processes, and procedures supporting company goals.
- Leading change management efforts and coaching teams in a multicultural and multilingual environment.
The Requirements:
- University degree in IT, IS, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in international ERP projects.
- Leadership experience in ERP implementation or as a subject matter expert supporting business systems.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or heavy industries is preferred.
- Configurator application experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of program management, enterprise lean manufacturing, and IT applications.
- Willingness to travel within the EMEA region up to 60%.
