Our client is the first to introduce real-time image recognition analysis to the retail industry and the pioneer in in-store measurement solutions. This is a full-time permanent position based in London Paddington.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 yearsβ experience of SaaS, cloud enterprise software project management
- Hands-on knowledge of the software development lifecycle using structured approaches such as Waterfall, RUP, Agile, etc.
- Knowledge of the retail industry β an advantage
- Strong in business domain (BA skills) or strong technical background (technical architect or technical lead) is preferred
- Required languages: English β fluent; additional European languages are a plus
Responsibilities:
- Understand SLA agreements with customers and ensure full execution by all parties
- Create and maintain project artifacts including schedules, training materials, requirements documents, and presentations
- Ensure project environment readiness, including database setup and customer requirements
- Set up project phases and activities for resource allocation
- Facilitate effective communication among project teams and clients
- Act as primary interface for client project managers, partners, and internal teams
- Coordinate with sales during transition phases and support during service delivery
- Gather input from all stakeholders within the customer organization
- Adapt solutions to support customer needs
- Coordinate with sales and support teams to align solutions with business requirements
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and live demonstrations
- Create and coordinate Proof of Concept (POC) activities
- Develop documentation to support sales cycles, including solution diagrams and technical architecture
- Provide feedback to product management and engineering teams
- Demonstrate solutions and assist in sales meetings
