Our client is a unique startup with a mission to harness artificial intelligence for the visually impaired. They have developed an innovative, smart, wearable device with an intuitive interface to improve the daily lives of people with dyslexia.

They are looking to recruit an exceptional Field Sales Manager. This full-time, permanent, home-office position involves travel.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience in business development, field sales, customer success, or marketing; EdTech background is an advantage
  • Excellent people skills including negotiation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter with strong time management skills
  • Excellent customer service and telephone etiquette
  • Comfortable working independently with little supervision
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
  • Comfortable working with people with special needs
  • Technologically savvy with advanced Microsoft Office skills

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development and sales in the UK
  • Manage relationships with educational institutions, government organizations, resellers, etc.
  • Promote awareness within the education ecosystem through collaborations with assistive technology agencies and community organizations
  • Present and demonstrate products to potential users
  • Participate in marketing activities, events, and trade shows
  • Provide training on device usage and benefits
  • Coordinate with team members, report activities, and participate in meetings

Measurement of Success:

  • Achieve sales quotas and receive positive feedback from partners and customers
