Required Qualifications:
- At least 2 years’ experience in business development or field sales, preferably with distributors.
- Comfortable working with elderly and individuals with special needs. Experience in the low vision industry is a plus but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation, verbal and written communication, customer service, and telephone etiquette.
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills, able to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
- Willing and able to travel extensively.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive business development and sales of the company\’s products.
- Manage relationships with distributors, resellers, local councils, government agencies, organizations, clinics, and opticians.
- Promote awareness within the low vision ecosystem through collaborations with assistive technology agencies and community groups.
- Present and demonstrate products to organizations and potential users.
- Participate in marketing activities, events, and trade shows.
- Provide training on device usage, benefits, and value propositions.
- Coordinate with team members, report activities, and participate in meetings and calls.
