Job Description

Our client is a unique player among international Employer of Record service providers.

They are looking for a part-time/temporary Digital Marketing & Social Media Expert. This is a remote role that can turn into a full-time/permanent role. Ideally in a timezone compatible with CET.

You will be building and managing the company’s social media profile and presence, especially Linkedin; creating shareable content appropriate for specific networks, monitoring and engaging in relevant social discussions; tracking, and measuring.
– Content creation and copywriting with backlinks
– Social Media Optimization
– Schedule content plan via Buffer/ Hootsuite, work on visualization on pages via Preview
– Ensure content is informative and appealing
– Present data through Google Analytics, DiiB, Semrush, Similarweb, etc
– Automate distribution of content on all platforms ( Linkedin, Medium, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
– Competitor research via benchmarking
– Email Marketing campaigns, newsletter
– Recruit database using lead generation
– Grow/explore relevant audiences for the company’s blog, website, and landing pages
– Create/optimize landing pages and conversion rates
– Run and prepare email campaigns
– Preparation of social media plan, content & visuals as well as automation
– Grow newsletter subscriptions
– Keyword analysis
– Link building in specific markets
– Lead and/or collaborate on micro sites, landing pages, and main site refreshes

Requirements:
Track record of Digital Marketing & Social Media work with Saas/HR Tech/equivalent
Proven experience using the following tools:
