Job Title: Customer Implementation Specialist, Medical Devices – Birmingham

The Customer Implementation Specialist is responsible for delivering medical equipment and related services to customers, including:

  1. Customer site inspection and design
  2. Participation in contract negotiations and site preparation
  3. Delivery and installation coordination with customers and third parties
  4. Marketing collaboration, customer training, and final commissioning and acceptance

This role requires frequent travel within Europe and potentially in Asia in the future.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years in a similar role within the medical device industry, managing complex projects
  • Experience working with executive management and clinicians
  • Proactive, customer-focused problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects independently
  • Proficiency in English and at least one other European language
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting sales meetings and customer relationship management
  • Defining customer requirements and developing implementation plans
  • Understanding product and service offerings
  • Coordinating with various internal departments to meet customer needs
  • Communicating effectively with all customer levels, including C-Level executives
  • Ensuring timely delivery of products and services, including site planning, delivery, installation, and training
  • Monitoring project progress and conducting reviews to ensure schedules are met
  • Responding to customer questions and maintaining high satisfaction levels
  • Maintaining accurate project data and demonstrating leadership aligned with company values
