Contract role
As part of the project team and under the guidance of the Project Director/Manager, the Contract Manager will effectively administer post-award of the main contract and address all aspects related to the Contract with the Client:
- Management and interpretation of contractual clauses between the Company and Client.
- Monitoring contractual milestones and related payments with the Project Director/Manager.
- Serve as the point of contact for the Client on contractual matters.
- Ensure active management of all Variations and Invoicing on the project.
- Advise the Project Director/Manager on any aspect of the Project execution which deviates from the Contract requirements.
- Manage contractual and commercial risks on the project to ensure early identification and appropriate management or elimination by the PMT.
