Location: Bristol

Opportunity for an enthusiastic and capable Building Information Modelling (BIM) specialist to apply their skills in a consulting engineering environment, within our client’s exceptional Building Performance Engineering business in central Bristol.

Recent examples of our client’s work include the new home for English National Ballet and English National Ballet School in east London, the conversion of Hangar 86 at Dyson’s Hullavington Campus in Wiltshire which is a centre for R&D activities for the technology giant and the new Airbus Wing Integration Centre in Bristol. We are seeking a recent graduate of one of the UK BIM academies or an early career professional, who is self-motivated, a problem solver at heart and who enjoys tackling complex tasks and delivery. Your knowledge of BIM and your desire to innovate and develop current practice is key to success. As a versatile specialist, the day to day role is principally centred and focused around BIM delivery on our projects, modelling and management of models, system and family creation and knowledge of Common Data Environment (CDEs). Knowledge of Navisworks and Dynamo would be advantageous. You will also need a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and have a good level of general education, including Maths and English. You don’t necessarily need any experience of the built environment but an interest in applying your skills to buildings and infrastructure projects will make this a rewarding/ stimulating path for you!
