As an Assistant Store Manager, we are looking for a well-rounded and commercially-minded retail manager who is proactive and can work independently. Fashion experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in management or supervising personnel within a retail environment. Key responsibilities include: Managing the daily operations of the store while ensuring costs remain within targets. Maximizing store profitability by promoting sales.
