An opportunity has arisen for a field-based Acquisitions Manager to join our client's team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for identifying, securing, and delivering new stores on a regional basis for all Group brands.
- Preparation and delivery of Board papers to the senior management team following the identification of suitable opportunities.
- Liaising with solicitors to agree suitable lease terms and to deliver stores on a timely basis.
- Identifying opportunities to acquire new businesses to add to the group portfolio.
- Presenting such opportunities to the Board and undertaking property due diligence.
