The Opportunity
Bring your expertise to a highly collaborative, creative, and innovative team with a market‑leading technology product suite. We seek a motivated, organized, client‑facing manager to join our Client Solutions team and scale our client implementations program. This role is the first team member based in the United Kingdom, with significant opportunities to build and scale an international presence from our London offices. You will work closely with internal project teams and client stakeholders to ensure our clients have a seamless onboarding experience during customer implementations. The position reports to the Director of Client Solutions EMEA/APAC and collaborates across the entire Client Management division globally. In addition to client engagement, the Implementation team coordinates across the organization and with executive leadership to create a cohesive client experience.
Ideal candidates have a background in professional services, enterprise software, or financial technology client success, with substantial experience and proven success.
Responsibilities
- Support client implementation processes and initiatives
- Help build and scale the company’s international footprint from the United Kingdom
- Document organizational processes and initiatives internal to the company and within client implementations
- Act as a client support resource during onboarding, owning client communications and deliverables
- Coordinate resources across the organization (Client Solutions, Data Operations, Product, Executive Leadership) to ensure timely completion of deliverables and alignment on client priorities
- Coordinate with clients to align on agenda topics for weekly calls
- Discuss, implement, and document client implementation choices and decisions
- Create and update client project plans tracking milestone progress
- Produce flawless deliverables to facilitate communication around complex project requirements
- Uphold brand standards and values in every client interaction
- Learn to implement a technology solution while working with a sophisticated client base
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in a professional services environment, ideally consulting, investment banking, private equity, technology client success, or similar
- Demonstrated excellence producing time‑sensitive deliverables for a sophisticated client base
- Experience with project management and skill in managing internal and external stakeholders toward successful implementation
- Experience using project management tools
- Desire to become a product expert

- Willingness to travel occasionally
