As Revenue Operations Manager UK, you will be the architect of sales operations across our Marketplace and Private Office (VIP client) motions globally (EMEA, Americas, APAC) — and the Growth leadership team’s primary operating partner. You will design the operating system (incl. tooling selection and implementation) behind our go-to-market dealer and VIP client teams, driving data quality, execution rigor, and scalable processes. A key part of the role is helping Chrono24 leverage automation and AI-enabled capabilities across prospecting, CRM, forecasting, lead routing and qualification, insights, and enablement — while maintaining trust, transparency, and human judgment. This role will join the Chief Growth Officer’s organization at Chrono24 and report to the leader for a Growth Operations.

What you can expect:

  • Sales strategy, planning & execution
    • Design and run global GMV and revenue planning
    • Own forecasting accuracy and minimize forecast bias
    • Partner with sales leadership to define targets and territories
  • Marketplace supply & dealer lifecycle operations
    • Prioritize high-GMV, high-trust dealers using data-driven insights
    • Partner with marketing and operations to streamline onboarding, activation, and dealer health monitoring
    • Use automation and AI-driven insights pragmatically
  • Private Office (VIP) go-to-market
    • Route and qualify high-intent signals into Private Office
    • Improve speed to first offer, fill rate, and win rate
    • Balance automation with white-glove experience
  • Data, CRM & AI-enabled tooling stewardship
    • Own CRM and sales tooling adoption
    • Lead rollout of a single global CRM
    • Identify and pilot AI-enabled Sales Ops use cases
  • Reporting, governance & leadership partnership
    • Run executive sales cadences and reporting
    • Translate complex data into executive narratives
  • Compensation, incentives & performance management
    • Design territories, quotas, and incentive plans
    • Ensure incentives drive quality and long-term value

  • 4+ years in Sales / Revenue Operations
  • Hands-on CRM and tooling experience
  • Data-fluent with interest in AI for Sales Ops. Experience using AI tools for Sales Enablement/Operations is a big plus
