You’ll be part of a skilled heritage team delivering some of the most significant and complex international heritage projects. We provide a variety of challenging project experiences, collaborating with government authorities, major developers, NGOs, and private firms. This role offers the opportunity to work within large interdisciplinary teams across the globe, contributing to everything from international funding proposals to heritage preservation initiatives.

Position Overview:

CH International is seeking an experienced Bid Writer to lead the preparation of high-quality bids for cultural heritage, archaeology, and advisory projects across international markets. This is a fully remote role, working closely with technical specialists and senior leadership to secure new work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead bids, tenders, EOIs, and proposals from planning to submission
  • Write clear, compelling, and compliant responses
  • Coordinate inputs from technical teams and partners
  • Develop pricing inputs with senior staff
  • Manage bid libraries, templates, and CVs
  • Track bid outcomes and support continuous improvement

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in bid writing or proposal management
  • Strong written English and excellent attention to detail
  • Able to translate technical content into client-focused proposals
  • Comfortable working remotely with international teams
  • Experience in heritage, archaeology, environmental, or consultancy sectors

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with international or Middle Eastern procurement
  • Advanced Degree in heritage related discipline
  • Experience with Salesforce

Hire Type: Full-time, salaried
