Client Success and Account Management role for a Cloud-Based Workforce Management solution provider. Chronicle provides Time and Attendance, HR, Scheduling, and Access Control software to hundreds of UK SMEs. The role involves managing 250 clients, ensuring they pay their annual renewals, processing add-on orders, conducting surveys, developing relationships, and keeping clients aware of new modules and features.
This is an office-based role, with proximity to Swindon or Watchfield being important. As part of a bigger team, the Account Manager would work alongside the Project Management team and Support desk team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Strong English, communication, and IT skills are expected, alongside commercial awareness and basic maths. There is an uncapped opportunity to earn a 15% commission scheme, with a competitive basic salary. A laptop, phone, and peripheral software will be provided.
Ideally, but not limited to, a University Degree is required or 1+ years of experience selling SaaS software. The role reports directly to senior management and involves managing and maintaining the pipeline and sales forecast using Pipedrive CRM.
