About Us
We are an international team of ambitious professionals united by a passion for financial innovation and a strong belief in the decentralized world. We are a well-rooted, profitable fintech company with established business units across Europe. Historically strong in B2B2C, we are now doubling down on building and scaling our consumer-facing crypto vertical. Our core products—a non-custodial wallet and a crypto card—are already live with confirmed product-market fit, generating strong revenue and showing impressive 6-month retention metrics. With a Crypto IBAN in development and trading at the concept stage, there is still massive untapped potential.
The Mission
Build, manage, and scale the crypto business line (crypto card, non-custodial wallet, trading, and fiat/crypto rails) into an autonomous, highly profitable vertical. You will have full P&L ownership and a direct line to the founders, driving revenue while ensuring regulation-aware, sustainable growth in the EU market.
What You Will Do
- Full P&L & Financial Ownership: Handle budgeting, forecasting, pricing models, multi-tier economics, FX/fee optimization, and strict margin management.
- Strategic Partnerships & Institutional BD: Source, negotiate, and close high-impact B2B/B2B2C deals (with card issuers/processors, liquidity providers, neobanks, Web3 aggregators, and payroll/HR SaaS).
- Infrastructure & Operations Management: Oversee the stable performance of on/off-ramps, banking rails, and crypto card programs.
- Regulation & Compliance Strategy: Actively track and navigate regional rules (MiCA, KYC/AML/KYB/KYT frameworks, and card scheme constraints). Work productively with Legal/Compliance to turn regulation into a competitive market advantage.
- Team Building & Leadership: Own the hiring plan to build a lean, high-performing business unit from scratch (growth/performance marketing, BD, ops, and support). Set clear KPIs, coach for performance, and make tough calls when someone doesn't deliver.
- Cross-functional Alignment: Connect the dots between Product, Legal, Operations, Data, and Marketing to ensure all departments hit their commercial targets and respect internal SLAs.
First 3–6 Months (Hands-on Phase)
- Stabilize Ops: Get your hands dirty. Set up the initial commercial processes (pipelines, SLAs, weekly KPIs, and monthly P&L monitoring).
- Assemble the Core Team: Recruit and onboard your core business team (growth, BD, ops).
- Drive Initial Traction: Collaborate with the CMO to optimize acquisition channels (targeting an LTV/CAC ratio of ≥ 3 in priority segments) and personally close your first 2–3 strategic B2B/B2B2C deals. Once operations are stable, you will shift your focus entirely toward scaling and long-term strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the crypto/fintech space holding roles like GM, CBDO, COO, VP of Finance, or Head of Business with absolute commercial ownership.
- Proven track record of P&L delivery, showing measurable success in hitting revenue, profit, margin, and transaction volume targets.
- Hands-on experience launching or scaling crypto payment infrastructure: crypto cards, wallets, PSP/OTC lines, and fiat-to-crypto rails (both B2C and B2B2C).
- Deep financial literacy: Strong command of unit economics (ARPU, CAC, LTV, payback periods), cost-to-serve models, and data-driven analytics.
- Strong network in the industry: Proven ability to build a diversified partner ecosystem of acquirers, issuers, banks, and liquidity providers.
- Solid understanding of EU regulations: Practical knowledge of MiCA framework, transaction monitoring, and compliance playbooks.
- Languages: Native Russian (highly preferred for seamless internal alignment with the founding and engineering teams) and Fluent English (essential for international board reporting, regulatory readiness, and partner negotiations).
What This Role is NOT
This is not a classic Product Manager or Chief Product Officer role. While you will influence the roadmap based on commercial insights, your core focus is revenue, operations, partnerships, and profitability.
What We Offer
- Real Traction, Not Just Vision: Work with live products that already have strong revenue and proven market fit, backed by the resources of a profitable fintech company.
- Absolute Autonomy: This is a mini-CEO position with a 2+ year strategic horizon. You have the mandate to shape product offerings, GTM strategy, and go-to-market channels.
- High Leverage Long-Term: A perfect mix of an early-stage setup (building a team and processes from zero) with high-leverage resources and budgets aligned with your roadmap.
