Chrome Telecom is looking for a Telemarketing Executive to join the sales team at our Whiteley head office. You'll speak to business owners and decision-makers across the UK and introduce our telecoms, IT and mobile services. Your aim is to book qualified appointments for our field sales team.
We're growing across telecoms, IT and mobile, and we're putting more into our internal sales team to support that growth. You'll work from proven scripts, with regular coaching to help you improve. On top of your basic salary you'll earn uncapped commission, with realistic on-target earnings (OTE) of £50,000.
Many of our top performers have moved into senior sales and field-based roles as the business has grown. If you want to progress, there's a clear route forward. Previous B2B (business-to-business) sales or telemarketing experience helps, but your attitude and drive matter just as much.

What you will be doing
- Calling business owners and decision-makers across the UK
- Introducing Chrome's telecoms, IT and mobile services
- Booking good-quality, qualified appointments for our field sales team
- Working from proven scripts, with ongoing coaching to help you improve
- Working towards call and appointment targets, with commission and incentives for hitting them
- Playing a direct part in the growth of the business

- £26,000 to £30,000 basic salary
- Uncapped commission, with realistic on-target earnings of £50,000
