As a Telemarketing Executive, your role will include calling potential customers, introducing our industry-leading products and services, and generating high-quality sales opportunities. You\’ll follow proven scripts, receive ongoing coaching, and enjoy a commission structure that genuinely rewards effort and performance.

What Do We Offer Our Telemarketing Executives?

Competitive Salary & Earnings

• £26,000 – £30,000 basic salary
• Realistic OTE £50,000 (no inflated figures — our team hits these numbers)
• Uncapped commission with regular incentives and rewards

Working Hours

• Monday–Thursday: 9am–5:30pm
• Fridays: Dress-down day with a 3pm early finish
