We are Seeking a Junior Warehouse Operative who is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of a warehouse by receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods. The role involves ensuring stock is handled accurately and safely while maintaining a clean and organised working environment. Junior Warehouse Operatives work as part of a team to help meet productivity targets and deliver excellent service to customers.
Key Resonsibilities:
- Receiving and unloading deliveries.
- Checking goods against delivery notes and reporting discrepancies.
- Picking and packing orders accurately.
- Loading and preparing goods for dispatch.
- Storing stock in designated warehouse locations.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Operating warehouse equipment safely (training provided where required).
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Assisting with stock counts and inventory checks
