We are looking for Music Therapists to join our team, covering community cases in and around Leeds. Chroma works with health, education, and social care partners across the UK. Our therapists work flexibly and collaboratively with other professionals, families, and clients. We report on outcomes and are committed to providing the highest quality therapy to as many people as possible. Chroma is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and adults in all settings. Background checks, professional references and an enhanced DBS will be required for all appointments. We are run by therapists, for therapists. Responsibilities
- Cover community cases in Leeds and surrounding areas.
- Collaborate with health, education, and social care partners.
- Produce outcome reports and participate in case reviews.
- Maintain safeguarding standards and adhere to enhanced DBS requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Music Therapist qualification (CMT, CMHA, etc.) and relevant experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Background check and professional references required.
- Comfortable working independently as a self‑employed associate, with flexibility on caseload (1‑15 cases).
