Recruitment Consultant for Technology & Digital Roles at Chroma
Chroma is currently working with a rapidly growing marketing company that is looking for a talented Web Developer to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a business that’s scaling fast and offers career development, hybrid working (2–3 days per week onsite near Haslingden), and a salary between £30-35K.
This B2C marketing company has experienced significant growth and shows no signs of slowing down. Their success is driven by a highly skilled team and a forward-thinking approach to digital marketing and lead generation. With a commitment to innovation, they’re looking for a Web Developer who shares their passion for technology and continuous improvement.
As a Web Developer, you’ll join a small, close-knit development team. Your primary focus will be on back-end development, working on their bespoke, in-house CRM system. This is a hands-on role where you’ll have real input into the direction and functionality of the CRM. If you’re a proactive and driven developer looking to make a real impact in a company on the rise, this could be the role for you!
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years\' experience in a similar role.
- Strong experience with native PHP and MySQL.
- Understanding of CSS3, SCSS and Tailwind CSS.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, enthusiastic mindset.
- Experience with RESTful APIs – design and integration.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, or cloud services (e.g. AWS).
