We are building a small, high-performing infrastructure team of three engineers. This is a collaborative environment where responsibilities are shared, ideas are valued, and everyone plays a key role in maintaining a secure, resilient, and high-performing network estate.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support across a broad range of network technologies within an enterprise environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues (circa 30% of the role), including: SD-WAN, VLANs, and VPNs
- Cisco Meraki and Palo Alto technologies
- Azure Virtual Networks
- Advanced fault diagnosis and root cause analysis
- Manage and maintain firewall configurations, including implementing changes and utilising advanced feature sets
- Ensure mission-critical systems remain stable, secure, and highly available
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to change control processes
- Contribute to a collaborative, supportive team culture
- Minimum of 7 years’ hands-on experience in network engineering/support roles
- Proven experience operating in enterprise-scale environments
- Strong expertise across core networking technologies
- In-depth knowledge of firewall technologies (essential)
- Experience with cloud-integrated networks (Azure preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive, solution-focused approach
- Be part of a newly formed, close-knit infrastructure team
