- Experience in healthcare, clinical systems, or working within regulated environments (NHS, HL7, GDPR) is highly advantageous.
- Proficient with industry tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
- Confident shaping and presenting complex requirements to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
