Chroma is currently working with a rapidly growing marketing company that is looking for a talented Lead UI/UX Designer to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a business that’s scaling fast and offers hybrid working (3 days per week onsite near Haslingden), and a salary up to £50K.

Responsibilities
As the Lead UI/UX Designer, you’ll be responsible for a full product redesign that’s going to shape the future of their SaaS platform. You’ll have the freedom to bring your ideas to the table, influence product strategy, and help build a strong design culture from the ground up. With a white-label solution currently in development, this is a pivotal time to join the company. As the design side of the business expands, you’ll be in a key position to help lead and shape that growth. If you’re a hands-on, proactive designer who wants to make a real impact at a company on the rise, this could be the role for you!
Key Skills
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Expert with Figma
- Experience in creating and scaling robust design systems
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or GitHub
- Previous experience working in SaaS startups
