Homes as a permanent Operations Manager / Responsible Individual. If you have experience in Family Assessment, I want to speak to you. This provider is eager to speak to experienced Children’s Responsible Individual or Registered Manager with a good background on Ofsted to manage the day-to-day running of the services and support the Managers.

Responsible Individual Requirements:

  • Extensive Children’s RM experience
  • Good Ofsted experience
  • Family Assessment experience is essential
  • RI / Regional experience preferred

As a Responsible Individual, you’ll be responsible for the operations of the Homes to ensure safeguarding, manage disciplinaries and have general oversight for all things KPI related in the Children’s Homes.
