A leading space technology organisation is looking to add a Programme Manager to their growing UK Space team. Chroma are supporting the search to help meet increasing demand across advanced satellite communications, payload development and space technology programmes. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex space programmes from bid phase through to delivery, working closely with engineering, production, quality and customer teams. It's an excellent opportunity for a Programme Manager who enjoys managing multiple technical workstreams, driving customer engagement and ensuring successful delivery of highly innovative space projects.

Programme Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years' experience managing complex technical programmes or projects
  • Strong understanding of the full programme lifecycle from bid through execution and close-out
  • Experience managing programme budgets, schedules and resource allocation
  • Experience identifying, mitigating and managing programme risks and dependencies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience using project scheduling and planning tools
  • Strong stakeholder and customer management skills
  • Self-motivated
