Chroma are proud to be partnered with this Advanced Engineering business as they search for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer with strong control panel design experience. The role of the Senior Electrical Design Engineer is to work on the full lifecycle of highly complex machinery and large industrial systems. Each project is both different and highly interesting involving complex control panels, propulsion systems, motors, pistons, gearboxes, drives, high power electrical systems etc. They also are interested in Industry 4.0 and data acquisition. This is an excellent position with great career prospects working in a cutting-edge industry that is only going to grow. Requirements:

  • HNC/D or Degree qualified in engineering, computing etc.
  • CAD skills ideally EPLAN
  • Panel design experience for special purpose machinery
  • Motion control / drive / actuators knowledge
  • 18th edition standards
