Work as a Responsible Individual / Operations Manager in the Children’s Residential sector. This provider is eager to speak to Children's RM's stepping up or experienced Responsible Individuals with a good background on Ofsted to hit the ground running to manage the day to day running of the services and support the Managers.

Responsible Individual Requirements:
- Extensive Children’s RM experience
- Good Ofsted experience
- RI / Regional experience preferred
As a Responsible Individual, you’ll look after the operations of the Homes to ensure safeguarding, manage disciplinaries and have general oversight for all things KPI related in the Children’s Homes. You will work with the company to manage the new Homes that are being acquired over the next 12 – 18 months to take this care provider from 6 to 10 Homes.
