Work as a Responsible Individual for a Children’s Provider managing Care Homes in Blackpool. This provider is eager to speak to experienced Children’s Responsible Individuals with a good background on Ofsted to hit the ground running, to manage the day to day running of the services and support the Managers.

Responsible Individual Requirements:
- Extensive Children’s RM experience
- Good Ofsted experience
- RI / Regional experience preferred
As a Responsible Individual, you’ll be responsible for the day to day running of the Homes to ensure the safeguarding, manage disciplinaries and have general oversight for all things KPI related in the Children’s Homes.
