Work as an Regional Support Manager for an Children’s Provider Managing Care Homes in the North of West Midlands around the Walsall, Rugeley areas. This provider is eager to speak to experienced Children’s Home and Regional Managers with a good background with Ofsted to hit the ground running to manage the day to day running of the services and support the Managers. Benefits: – 28 days holiday + bank holidays – Up to £58,000 – Mileage 45p per Mile – 10% Bonus – Large National Provider with real progression prospects – Supportive Senior Leadership Team – Full Staffed and Stable Homes Regional Support Manager Requirements: – Extensive Children’s RM experience – Good Ofsted experience minimum – RI / Regional experience preferred As a Regional Support Manager, you’ll be proving parachute support to the RM\’s, as well as delivering audits, coaching and mentoring manage disciplinaries and have general oversight for all things KPI related in the Children’s Homes.
