A leading space technology organisation is looking to add a Programme Manager to their growing UK Space team.
Chroma are supporting the search to help meet increasing demand across advanced satellite communications, payload development, and space technology programmes.
This role offers the opportunity to lead complex space programmes from bid phase through to delivery, working closely with engineering, production, quality, and customer teams.
It's an excellent opportunity for a Programme Manager who enjoys managing multiple technical workstreams, driving customer engagement and ensuring successful delivery of highly innovative space projects.

Requirements: Degree qualified with at least 5 years' experience managing complex engineering programmes or projects.
Strong knowledge of programme lifecycles, budgeting, scheduling, resource planning, and risk management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
ESA or Mo D experience.
Ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
Drive successful programme delivery across multiple teams.
Experience using project planning and scheduling tools, with the flexibility to travel as required.
The following experience would be beneficial: Space industry experience, particularly involving spaceflight hardware, software, communications payloads, or complex systems development.
Knowledge of ECSS standards, configuration control processes, proposal writing, capture management, contract negotiations, and wider business development activities.
Experience managing multiple projects or work packages within a larger programme environment.
