Are you an experienced Home Manager with a passion for quality care and strong CQC knowledge? This is your opportunity to lead a beautiful sea front care home from being good to take it to the level of outstanding it deserves. You'll be joining a growing care provider known for its Good and Outstanding-rated homes, strong leadership team, and commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

About you:

  • Experienced in elderly and dementia care
  • Proven track record with the CQC
  • NVQ Level 5 (or working towards)
  • Nurse qualified (Preferred but not essential)

As Home Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home. You’ll drive quality improvements, inspire your team, and deliver outstanding care for residents living with dementia.
