Nursing Home Manager

Salary: £52,000 – £56,000

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the home.

• Driving high standards of dementia care in line with CQC regulations.

• Working closely with the Senior Management Team to create a best-in-class care environment.

• Leading, mentoring, and developing your team to provide outstanding care.

• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements while fostering a positive and welcoming home atmosphere.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Experience in elderly and dementia care

✔ CQC experience with a track record of strong regulatory performance

✔ NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)

✔ Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN) – Essential

✔ Passion for delivering person-centred care in a compassionate environment
