What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the home.
- Driving high standards of dementia care in line with CQC regulations.
- Working closely with the Senior Management Team to create a best-in-class care environment.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing your team to provide outstanding care.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements while fostering a positive and welcoming home atmosphere.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in elderly and dementia care
- CQC experience with a track record of strong regulatory performance
- NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
- Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN) – Essential
- Passion for delivering person-centered care in a compassionate environment
