Chroma are working with an internationally recognised specialist equipment designer and manufacturer who are searching for a Mechanical Technician to join their team due to growth.   The successful Mechanical Technician will be very practical and able to assemble, test, calibrate and install a wide range of systems. This includes precision components and delicate assemblies through to large electro-mechanical instrumentation. The work will be a healthy blend of new products and refurb work for a wide range of customers.   The ideal candidate will be a Mechanical Engineer with good electrical/knowledge and excellent hands-on skills – either in industry or their spare time (engineering hobbyist, repairing cars, bikes, machines etc.). You will work in a small and tight knit team and have plenty of scope to grow and take on more responsibility.
