This is a sales-focused role, so experience of this type of environment, or a keen interest in sales, is essential.
What are we looking for from you?
- Recruitment or Sales experience preferred

What can you expect from the role?
- Hands on as a 360 recruiter, developing your own desk
- Joining a team with warm patches and clients
- Search for and identify top candidates using our CRM, Linked In, job boards and your own professional network
- Create exciting job adverts for client vacancies
- Qualify candidates via video and telephone
- Facilitate negotiations between clients and candidates
- Manage the full client and candidate process from CV introduction through to job offer
- Leverage social media to develop your own personal brand
