Are you the person who bridges the gap between complex information requirements and the teams who need to deliver on them? Do you thrive when bringing order to complexity, and get satisfaction from seeing a well‑run coordination process land cleanly? We're looking for a Digital Delivery Manager/BIM technician to join our clients growing delivery team, a role at the heart of how modern construction projects manage and exchange information.

About the Role

You'll take defined information requirements and turn them into practical, working workflows for project teams. That means configuring and managing a Common Data Environment, running model audits, facilitating clash detection workshops, and working directly with Architecture, MEP, and Structural design teams to keep everything aligned. You'll also be the person project teams turn to when they need training, onboarding support, or guidance on modelling approaches, so strong communication and a genuine enjoyment of working with people matters as much as the technical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and manage CDE platforms (project setup, workflows, user roles and permissions)
  • Conduct compliance checks and model audits against information requirements
  • Lead coordination meetings and clash detection sessions
  • Extract and structure model data using Advanced Excel
  • Deliver training to both administrators and end users
  • Support senior team members on complex engagements

Qualifications

  • Solid background in the AEC industry (Architecture, MEP, Structural, or similar)
  • Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Working knowledge of ISO 19650 principles
  • Detail‑oriented, with a quality assurance mindset
  • Confident communicator with strong organisational skills

Nice to have

  • Experience with IFC and open standards
  • Prior use of a CDE or similar platform
  • Familiarity with EIR/AIR information requirements
  • Experience delivering training
  • Solibri experience, including Information Take‑Off (ITO)
