Overview
As CTO you will lead the Group’s technology and innovation strategy, partnering with the CEO and senior leadership to align across multiple companies. You’ll oversee R&D, set standardised processes and design principles, and drive product compliance, tool harmonisation and long-term technology direction. A product design background is advantageous to guide development of commercially successful physical products. You will manage people and stakeholders across Engineering, Operations, Finance and Product to deliver impactful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technology and innovation strategy for the Group in collaboration with the CEO and senior leadership
- Oversee R&D activities and establish standardised processes and design principles
- Drive product compliance and regulatory standards across the Group
- Harmonise engineering tools and define the long-term technology roadmap
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Finance and Product
- Provide governance and oversight to multiple companies within the Group
Key requirements
- People management
- Previous senior technology/R&D leadership experience
