AI & Digital Training Specialist | Manchester | £40,000 - £50,000
A large professional services firm is growing its AI and digital capability and needs someone to help their people actually use it with confidence.
This is a training role, not a technical build role. You'll teach AI literacy, responsible use and prompting, run hands-on workshops on creating AI agents, and coach colleagues across different departments. You'll also support wider IT training like Microsoft 365, create guides, videos and eLearning, and build a network of champions so the learning sticks.
What you'll need:
Experience designing and delivering tech or digital training in a corporate or professional services setting
A practical understanding of generative AI at work
Great facilitation, coaching and communication skills, and the ability to explain tech in plain English
Confidence with stakeholders at all levels, including senior people
Nice to have: Microsoft 365 Copilot or Copilot Studio training, Articulate 360 or Canva, a training qualification like CIPD or TAP, and any legal or professional services background
Some travel to other UK offices (and occasionally Europe) is involved. If you love helping people get to grips with AI, get in touch.
