Key Responsibilities
- Provide support across a broad range of 3rd and 4th line infrastructure and networking activities
- Resolve technical operational issues (approximately 30% of your time), including:
- Print server queue issues
- Basic networking and hardware troubleshooting
- Advanced troubleshooting in Azure
- Advanced firewall troubleshooting
- Ensure mission-critical systems remain stable, secure, and performant
- Work within a modern, cloud-led infrastructure environment
- Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team culture
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years hands-on experience in cloud and infrastructure support and networking
- Strong technical expertise in:
- Solid current Azure Cloud / AD
- Windows Server
- Active Directory
- Microsoft 365
- Firewall technologies (in-depth knowledge) (SD-WAN / Meraki / Palo Alto)
- VM platforms
