Logistics Technician Chroma are proud to be partnered with a highly reputable engineering and manufacturing business as they embark on this exciting growth journey. As part of this, were looking for a new Logistics Technician to join their new site in Birmingham. The role of Logistics Technician is to lead the inbound and outbound logistics activities of a new and expanding manufacturing operation. Key duties include managing goods in and out, checking for non-conformances, preparing items in readiness for assembly line delivery, transportation and distribution management, utilising the WMS (Warehouse Management System), conducting stock takes etc. There is also ample opportunity to influence the companys logistics and technology strategy whilst driving continuous improvement in the department. This is an excellent position with great career prospects working in a cutting-edge industry that is only going to grow!
